Why Doesn't This Session Have a Recording?

To create a trusted environment that fosters open, candid, and vulnerable conversations between leaders, we never record small group discussions.

During this session, using our "all teach, all learn" approach, participants engaged in a large group discussion exploring leadership reflections on the year we all went through together and the year ahead as well as shared lessons for what that taught us about ourselves, our organizations and our work in the year ahead. Sometimes, you just have to be there!
